From time to time, there may be more than one data controller of your information within our organisation where you have engaged different parts of our business to provide different or jointly delivered services.

For Individuals

The type of personal information that we collect from you as an individual may include the following: name, telephone number, date of birth, gender, postal and residential address, emergency contact details, email address, social media addresses, creative work history, education and qualifications, portfolio images, profile pictures, and any other personal information that you submit to us, submit to your user portal or otherwise submit to our website.

For Bands

The type of information that we may collect from you as a band may include the following: band name, members' names and roles, contact details for the band and individual members, genre and musical style information, performance history, equipment requirements, promotional materials (including photographs, videos, and audio recordings), social media accounts, and any other information you provide through your band profile.

For Legal Entities Representing Bands

The type of information that we may collect from you as a legal entity representing a band may include: company name, registered address, company registration number, VAT number, contact details for authorised representatives, details of the bands you represent, contractual and financial information, and any other business information necessary for our commercial relationship.

For Business Contacts and Customers

The type of information that we may collect from you as a customer point of contact may include the following: company name, contact details, and financial information necessary for conducting business transactions.

For Suppliers and Service Providers

The type of information that we may collect from you as a supplier may include: company name, contact details, business registration information, tax identification numbers, banking details, and contract performance information.

We may collect information from or about the device where you access our Services, depending on the permissions you have granted. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent services across your devices. Here are some examples of the device information we collect:

Where we are reliant upon your consent, you may withdraw this at any time by contacting us in accordance with section 14 (Contact us) below, however please note that we will no longer be able to provide you with the products or services that rely on having your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information to potential investors in AmplifyWorld Limited or if AmplifyWorld Limited goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or a sale of some or all of its business.

Whilst we continually strive to ensure that our systems and controls are updated to reflect technological changes, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and as such we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our online services which is at your own risk.

All records of personal data collected from you are stored in a cloud server with the relevant technical security measures to ensure the personal data is protected.

When we no longer need your personal information for the purposes we collected it for, when we no longer need it for any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements or to manage any complaints, and unless we are required under applicable law or a court or tribunal order to retain it, we will take reasonable steps to destroy, securely delete, or de-identify your personal information as appropriate.

We collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns by using Google Analytics cookies. We engage third parties that support the operation of our online services, such as analytics providers. We do not directly disclose your personal information to overseas recipients. However, some of our subprocessors (third party service providers who process personal data on our behalf) may be located outside the UK/EU or may have servers located outside the UK/EU.

Where any of our subprocessors process your personal data outside the UK/EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, and that all subprocessors implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
