Non-Custodial Digital Wallets

Wallet Creation and Consent

By registering an account with AmplifyWorld Ltd, you explicitly consent to the automatic creation of a non-custodial digital wallet ("Wallet") associated with your user profile. This Wallet enables access to Web3 features within the platform, including receipt and management of digital assets such as tokens and NFTs.

Non-Custodial Structure

AmplifyWorld Ltd does not retain control over or access to private keys associated with your Wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet access credentials. AmplifyWorld Ltd cannot recover lost or inaccessible wallets or keys.

User Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for all activity associated with your Wallet. AmplifyWorld Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, access issues, or unauthorized transactions unless directly caused by our proven negligence.

Right to Deactivate or Remove Wallet

You may choose to deactivate or remove your Wallet at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Note that any such actions may restrict access to certain platform features.

No Financial Guarantees

AmplifyWorld Ltd. makes no representation regarding the future value, accessibility, or usability of any digital assets. Wallets are provided "as is" without financial guarantees. We are not regulated as a financial services provider. You acknowledge that digital assets may have no value and that you assume all risks associated with their use.
